Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Events may be cancelled 72 hours prior to the event. For example, if an event is scheduled on Friday, the event may be cancelled by participant no later than Tuesday. Venues may be cancelled by Social Bug for safety reasons, ie., increment weather, criminal behavior reports or any reason deemed by Social Bug to put group participants in harms way. Refunds will be administered to scheduled participants. Refund Policy: Participants will be refunded according to the terms and conditions agreed upon by subscriber. However, in general, refunds are administered when venues cancel events and due to unsafe conditions for group participants as deemed by Social Bug. No refunds will be provided if after 72 hours before the date of purchased event/outing, unless otherwise specified by Social Bug. Misconduct Policy: Misconduct deemed by the Engager of any participant is supported by Social Bug and participation with the group outing will be terminated immediately and the participant will be directed to leave the group. No refunds will be provided and a full charge plus an incident fee will be charged of 50% above the cost of the outing based on fees assessed.
